    The hotel is brand new, really fresh and clean. Our waitress sadie was super nice, even with her english not being great, she made everything fun. The food was amazing, especially the breakfast buffet, got so much variety. Big props to mr peter, the f&b manager, he really knows how to treat guests well. 10/10 For concierge too, helped us set up our great wall trip.

    the check-in took longer than expected and there was a little smell in our room, probably just the newness.

    Gorgeous and excellent hotel, the idea of having triple room was great. The staff was incredibly attentive and helpful during our whole stay. Liked a refrigerator, tea and coffee making facilities, and a seating area in the room. Had good amenities. The setting was particularly good, close to the nearest malls, and lovely restaurants. There were plenty of restaurants to eat, like Tang Gong Seafood that was only 20 minutes' walk away. Our stay there was such wonderful.

    The whole staff was amazingly attentive. The room was reasonably spacious and had a mini-bar, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, and climate control as pictured in advertising.

    It was just a great match for a momentary pause in Beijing with good value for money. I really appreciated how the staff was always ready to help with calling a taxi when needed.

    The location of the hotel couldn't have been better - within walking distance, there was a fantastic variety of restaurants to choose from. Communication with the friendly staff was a breeze as they all spoke excellent English. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed. The hotel facilities, such as the pool and jacuzzi, were top-notch, ensuring a relaxing stay.

    During my recent stay at the Hyatt Regency, I was blown away by the really good customer service. The staff was attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms and the amazing view of the park. Despite a minor inconvenience, the hotel made up for it with their great service. I highly recommend this hotel for an amazing stay.

    The room at Hyatt Regency was fine, with a beautiful view of the park. The staff, particularly Stephen, were very good too assist us, providing excellent service in flawless English. He even helped with transportation and currency exchange. The hotel's attention to detail was excellent - they surprised us with a thoughtful gift of moon cakes, highlighting their dedication to ensuring a nice experience. Highly recommended for a amazing stay.

    I recently stayed at the Hyatt Regency in Wangjing for a week-long business trip. The hotel itself was stunning, and my room had a beautiful park view. The elevator service was incredibly prompt, never making me wait more than 10 seconds. The staff, especially Stephen, went above and beyond to assist me. He not only answered all my questions in perfect English but also helped me with arranging taxis and exchanging currency into smaller bills. On top of that, he surprised me with a delightful box of moon cakes and a hand-written note for the mid-Autumn Day. The overall experience was delightful, and I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent services, location, and surroundings.
